What’s Cool About This Job

As WEKA AI Field CTO you will be working on investigating and integration AI related solutions along with the WEKA Data Platform as well as investigate new innovations in the industry and champion the WEKA product for these use cases as well as feedback and teach internally. You will collaborate with the other team members of the CTO Office to gather the inputs and build solutions and architectures for our AI Customers.

Responsibilities Include



Connect our AI customers to the broader WEKA teams alongside the other members in the CTO Office.
Partner with the GTM team to develop and deliver compelling technical presentations, demonstrations, and workshops to showcase WEKA’s value proposition in this field.
Act as a trusted advisor to the GTM and customers, providing deep technical expertise and guidance on how our technology can solve their specific technical and business challenges.
Collaborate with internal stakeholders across departments (e.g., product, engineering, marketing) to ensure alignment between customer needs, technology strategy, and product roadmap.
Deliver advisory services to the field. Collaborate with WEKA’s presales and post sales organizations as required to drive to successful customer outcomes in both type of engagements
Perform in an oversight role for large, complex customer engagements where appropriate.
Champion technical innovation across technical functions inside and outside of GTM, staying abreast of emerging technologies and assessing their potential impact on the business.
Cultivate partnerships with technology providers to address customer requirements and expand our reach and influence in the market. Work closely with partner organizations to develop joint solutions, co-marketing initiatives, and go-to-market strategies.
Represent WEKA at industry events, conferences, and workshops, establishing thought leadership in the AI Market.
Champion an innovative approach to customer engagement, identifying emerging market trends and technologies to inform product development and go-to-market strategies.
Stay up to date on the latest AI technological advancements and market trends, analyzing their potential impact on our products and business goals.


Desired Qualifications



5+ years of experience in a technical experience as an architect of AI environments.
Proven track record of success deploying and utilizing multiple AI Frameworks and technologies.
Strong communication and presentation skills with the ability to engage both technical and non-technical audiences.
Deep understanding of the AI technologies with the ability to translate these technical values to a broader audience.
Experience building and maintaining strong relationships with customers and partners.
Passion for staying ahead of the technology curve and a genuine interest in emerging trends in the AI industry.
A collaborative and results-oriented mindset with a strong work ethic.
