Software Developer

IHM Australia is looking for an innovative and proactive individual to join our team! skilled Software Developer with expertise in HubSpot, Python (Django).

Key Responsibilities:



HubSpot CRM Management:
Administer and configure HubSpot to align with sales processes.
Manage data within HubSpot, ensuring integrity and consistency.
Develop and customize workflows, dashboards, and reports.
Python Django Development:
Develop and maintain the application portal using the Django framework.
Write clean, maintainable, and efficient code.
Troubleshoot and debug applications.
API Integration:
- Create and manage APIs to integrate HubSpot with other platforms.
- Ensure seamless data flow between integrated systems.
- Develop solutions for automation and process improvement.
Collaboration and Support:
Work closely with the sales team to understand their needs and provide technical support.
Collaborate with other departments to align integrations with business processes.
Provide training and support to users on HubSpot and the application portal.


Requirements:



3+ years of experience with HubSpot CRM ( Sales Hub)
Strong proficiency in Python and the Django framework.
Experience with API development and integration.
Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Strong communication and collaboration abilities.
