Job Description:
We are looking for a talented and experienced Python Developer with a strong background in
AI/ML and Cloud Services (AWS, GCP, Azure) to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate
will be responsible for developing, deploying, and maintaining AI-driven applications in a cloud
environment, ensuring they meet the highest standards of performance and scalability.
Key Responsibilities:
Design, develop, and maintain Python-based AI/ML applications.
Work closely with data scientists to implement and optimize machine learning models in production environments.
Integrate cloud services (AWS, GCP, Azure) to enhance the scalability and reliability of AI/ML solutions.
Develop APIs and microservices to support AI/ML applications.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement new features and improvements.
Ensure code quality through writing clean, efficient, and well-documented code.
Participate in code reviews, testing, and troubleshooting.
Optimize and maintain existing systems, ensuring they are scalable and performant.
Stay up-to-date with the latest developments in AI/ML and cloud technologies.

Expert in Python with either Django/Flask
One of the cloud expertise (AWS/Azure)
Experience in designing and implementing knowledge graphs (OR) Proficiency in optimizing embedding processes for machine learning models, including experience with word embeddings and transformer-based models
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
5 years of professional experience in Python development.
Strong understanding of AI/ML concepts and experience with frameworks like TensorFlow, PyTorch, or scikit-learn.
Hands-on experience with cloud platforms such as AWS, GCP, or Azure.
Proficient in designing and implementing RESTful APIs and microservices.
Experience with containerization technologies like Docker and orchestration tools like Kubernetes.
Solid understanding of CI/CD pipelines and version control systems (e.g., Git).
Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
Strong communication skills and the ability to convey complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
Experience in designing and implementing knowledge graphs using technologies such as RDF, OWL, or Neo4j.
Understanding of semantic web technologies and ontologies.
Ability to integrate and query knowledge graphs
Mentor and guide junior engineers and contribute to the team's technical growth.
Proficiency in optimizing embedding processes for machine learning models, including experience with word embeddings and transformer-based models.

Success Criteria:
30 Days:
Complete onboarding and become familiar with Auralis AI’s codebase, architecture, and development processes.
Understand the key AI/ML projects and cloud infrastructure in place.
Establish strong working relationships with team members and stakeholders.
Contribute to minor bug fixes or enhancements in existing projects.
60 Days:
Take ownership of a specific AI/ML project or feature, leading its development from start to finish.
Successfully integrate and deploy at least one AI/ML model into the cloud environment.
Demonstrate an ability to troubleshoot and optimize existing code for performance and scalability.
Participate actively in code reviews and provide valuable feedback to peers.
6 Months:
Lead the development and deployment of a major AI/ML project that contributes significantly to Auralis AI’s product offerings.
Improve the performance, scalability, and reliability of existing AI/ML systems.
Mentor junior developers and contribute to knowledge-sharing initiatives within the team.
Propose and implement new AI/ML tools, techniques, or cloud services that enhance our offerings.
Achieve measurable improvements in the efficiency of AI/ML workflows and cloud deployments
