We are seeking a highly creative and skilled Web Designer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in designing, building, and enhancing websites. You should have a solid understanding of user experience and a proven ability to create websites that are intuitive, user-friendly, and adhere to design standards and specifications.You’ll work closely with marketing team to conceptualise websites and web campaigns as per client briefs, delivering high quality, innovative and attention-grabbing work. You will need to be able to multi-task between campaigns and handle multiple accounts simultaneously.**Job Title: Experienced Web Designer**Responsibilities


  • Collaborate with the marketing team to conceptualize and execute website designs and web campaigns based on client briefs.
  • Assist with UI/UX design to ensure optimal user experiences.
  • Develop compelling visuals from briefs and meetings, identifying areas needing additional information.
  • Produce high-quality work for various clients and project types in a fast-paced environment.
  • Maintain brand consistency across all graphic deliveries.
  • Develop color palettes, images, text styles, and layouts as required for clients.
  • Create original images and illustrations.
  • Design banners for digital platforms, social media, and websites.
  • Work closely with web developers to deliver stunning new websites for Think Little Big and our clients.
  • Be receptive to design feedback and willing to make necessary adjustments.
  • Prioritize tasks, review deliverables, and ensure deadlines are met.
  • Communicate changing priorities to senior creative marketing team members.
  • Collaborate effectively with account managers, content writers, SEO and PPC team members, and web developers.
  • Manage and support the team, helping them excel and grow in their roles.
  • Report weekly and monthly on progress against briefs and ROI.

Required Skills


  • Strong ability to conceptualize and implement creative ideas for websites and landing pages, aligning with client branding and briefs.
  • 3-4 years of professional website design experience, ideally in a service client or agency setting.
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent in a related field.
  • Proficiency in graphic design software, including Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop), and Figma. Experience with Premiere Pro and After Effects is a plus.
  • Ability to interpret briefs, understand client requirements, and transform ideas into effective designs.
  • Expertise in web design, especially WordPress.
  • Strong understanding of corporate branding.
  • Excellent time management, project management, and multitasking skills.
  • Commitment to continuous skill improvement and staying updated on design industry developments.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills with strong presentation abilities.
  • Experience working within a creative team, demonstrating good interpersonal and relationship management skills.
