Job Description
We are seeking a Chief Technology Officer (CTO) with a strong tech background, specializing in high-concurrency and scalable system architecture. The ideal candidate will lead our tech strategy and team in building innovative solutions for our Web3 platform.



Responsibilities

Technical Leadership: Develop and execute the technical strategy aligned with business goals.
System Architecture: Design high-concurrency, low-latency architectures to support platform growth.
Backend Development: Oversee backend services, API development, and data pipelines for Web3 integration.
Performance Optimization: Ensure system stability under high traffic and optimize scalability.
Team Management: Recruit and lead a diverse engineering team, fostering high productivity.
Product Development: Guide the product development process, ensuring quality and timely delivery.
Collaboration: Work with product management, sales, and customer support to meet business requirements.



Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field.
Extensive experience in high-concurrency, large-scale distributed systems.
At least 8 years in technical management, overseeing multiple teams.
Proficiency in Java, Python, Go, or similar backend technologies.
Familiarity with Web3 concepts and blockchain integration.
Strong problem-solving skills and excellent communication in Chinese and English.
Remote and be able to adapt to UK working hours
