Job Description:



We seek a growth-oriented, positive-minded, talented, and motivated Lead Software Engineer to join our dynamic team. This role is pivotal in shaping our technical and cultural landscape, offering immense influence and the chance to tackle high-impact, complex challenges at the bleeding edge of agentic technology.



What You’ll Do:



AI Agent Development:

Design and develop advanced AI Agents that surpass human performance metrics.
Enhance our AI Agent framework, focusing on scalability, configuration simplicity, and control mechanisms.
Build or extend AI frameworks where commercial solutions fall short.
Expand our catalog of AI Agents, ensuring rapid deployment and scalability.
Collaborate with product, sales, and customer success teams to refine AI Agent functionalities.
Design and implement analytics systems to monitor AI Agent performance across numerous interactions.



Strategy and Culture:

Serve as a thought partner to our founders on technical strategies and team growth.


Mentor and lead by example, fostering a culture of collaboration and continuous improvement.



Key Outcomes You Will Drive:

Boost conversion rates of AI Agents compared to traditional human sales agents.
Reduce deployment times for client-specific AI Agents.
Ensure AI Agents meet or exceed established business KPIs for each client.



Who You Are:

Experience: At least five years in software engineering, with a preference for startup experience.
Skills: Proficient in Python, particularly in concurrency and parallelism, with a strong emphasis on test coverage.
AI Proficiency: Expertise in AI Agent frameworks like Langchain, Autogen, or LlamaIndex is a bonus.
Communication: Excellent at crafting clear prompts and has experience with prompt engineering.
Machine Learning: Familiar with ML pipelines, NLP, and RAG systems.
Problem Solver: Comfortable with ambiguity, quick to learn, and adept at delivering end-to-end solutions.
Action-Oriented: A self-starter who thrives in fast-paced environments, focusing on efficiency and rapid iteration.
