Warehousing and Logistics Manager

Clean Simple Eats is seeking a Warehousing & Logistics Manager to be responsible for maintaining an optimal relationship with our third-party logistics providers, ensuring smooth and efficient handling of inbound deliveries and order shipments, as well as high standards of service and operational efficiency. This position will report to our Operations Director and will require some travel if you are outside of the Dallas, Texas area.

Primary Duties and Responsibilities

3PL Relationship Management:

Serve as the primary point of contact for our third-party logistics provider.

Monitor and evaluate 3PL performance against KPIs and service level agreements (SLAs).

Inbound Logistics Coordination:

Oversee inbound logistics operations to ensure timely and accurate receipt of goods.

Coordinate with suppliers and 3PL partners to schedule and track shipments.

Manage inbound shipments between 3PL software and internal ERP software.
