CG Lead

Ingenuity Studios is seeking a CG Lead, responsible for overseeing CG projects and sequences through the production pipeline. The ideal candidate is a strong leader, excellent communicator and experienced CG Generalist with a good creative eye. The CG Lead is involved in determining the methodology and requirements needed to achieve the desired look for specific CG projects, as well as helping guide a small CG team at a creative and technical level.

Responsibilities 

Works closely with the VFX Supervisor to establish methodology and approach to CG projects and sequences

Manages a small CG team on projects and sequences, ensuring creative and technical notes are met and that the sequence is successfully completed on time

Responsible for tasking out a small CG team for projects and sequences

Provides technical and creative notes to artists on CG team

Work includes on-the-box shot set-ups and finishing

Helping mentor junior artists
