Plexus have partnered with an innovative web3 project that are leveraging AI to build the future of virtual interactions. 



We are looking for a Senior Full Stack developer to join their fast scaling team. You will be essential in managing and improving their fast scaling user base and developing/implementing high quality applications across various blockchain verticals. 



Responsibilities:

Collaborate with product managers, designers, and engineers to create innovative, scalable web and mobile applications.
Write clean, maintainable code across multiple languages and frameworks, ensuring high standards of quality.
Design and optimize front-end and back-end systems to enhance performance, scalability, and reliability.
Conduct code reviews, offering constructive feedback and upholding best practices.
Troubleshoot and resolve issues in existing applications while identifying opportunities for enhancement.
Mentor junior developers, fostering a culture of growth and continuous learning.
Stay current with industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices to improve software quality and development efficiency.



Requirements:

3+ years’ experience in Full stack web/mobile application development.
Experience working on a web3 platform.
3+ years’ experience using React.js, Node.js, and Python.
Familiarity with database systems, such as MySQL, PostgreSQL, or MongoDB.
Knowledge of API design and integration (REST, GraphQL).
Familiarity with AWS.
