Job Summary
Account aligned, this role is responsible for the full adoption lifecycle from project concept to usage and expansion within the customer.
Maintains an awareness of the topology and workloads within the customer and is highly technically competent.
Drives alignment with the Cloud Sales Rep, working as a team within the customer to define/drive sales strategy
Conducts/orchestrates the technical teams/skills required to ensure our technology is driving customer business outcome and sustainable usage/growth
Monitors the Customer Adoption Health (looking at usage and impact on business KPIs)
Drives value realization along the engagement lifecycle
Responsible for Renewal/Usage Growth
Technical due diligence to achieve the “Technical Win”
Role And Responsibilities
Responsible, with limited supervision, for providing specialist knowledge to assist in translating business needs into solutions.
Implements solutions and ensures successful deployments through code development and scripting.
Displays product/application understanding through standard presentation demonstrations to customers and events.
Supports customer from Proof of Concept (POC) through production deployment of services via resource configuration, planning, and customer education/training.
Assists in creating technical assets (white papers, solution code, blog posts, and video demonstrations). Serves as a technical point of contact for customers and sales on technical cloud solutions and customer success.
Builds business and technical acumen.
As part of Cloud Sales Framework, accountable for Cloud Engineering Technical Qualification criteria. To drive consistent collaboration, enabling solution engineering & sales leadership to gain both commercial and technical insight into the deal cycle driving focus and investment on qualified opportunities.
Help Customers achieve measurable benefits and ensuring success using Oracle Cloud.
Outcome is to maximize consumption and consumption growth of Oracle Cloud
For selected eligible ‘Pitch to Production’ workloads and customers
Responsible for communication and confirmation of the agreed workplan template with customer
Lead virtual team to ensure the delivery of the ‘Pitch to Production’ included services
Skills And Profile
Minimum qualifications include: 0 - 2 years experience with computer applications and tools required.
Expertise in system and application design with written and verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
