Backend Development Lead (Payment, Web3, Mandarin-speaking)

Responsibilities

Deliver comprehensive sales presentations covering the entire software solution suite.
Lead the backend team of 2-3 people in the payment project, responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining Web3 applications based on Node.js and Go.
In-depth understanding and application of blockchain technology, particularly in terms of multi-chain interoperability and wallet integration.
Work closely with product and design teams to ensure that technology solutions meet business needs and optimize user experience.
Explore and evaluate new technologies and provide guidance to the team to ensure we are implementing with state-of-the-art technology.
Manage project timelines to ensure on-time delivery of high-quality products.
Write clear, maintainable code with rigorous code reviews.
Solve technical challenges to improve system performance and reliability.



What you should have
The ideal candidate should possess:

Bachelor's degree in computer science or related field.
At least 5 years of experience in backend development, including at least 2 years in Node.js and Go.
Strong understanding of Web3, blockchain, smart contracts, and decentralized applications (DApps).
Familiar with blockchain node management and transaction processing mechanisms.
Excellent team leadership and project management skills.
Ability to work independently and solve problems in a fast-paced environment.
Proficient in Mandarin is a must due to the need to engage with stakeholders from within.
