About the job
●       Independently manage 2-3 projects from initiation to completion.

●       Lead and develop a team of at least 3 members.

●       Establish and manage workflows to ensure efficient project execution.

●       Create data-supported reports to track project progress and outcomes.

●       Develop and implement training programs for team members.

●       Prepare and maintain a comprehensive knowledge center for your projects.

●       Ensure smooth client onboarding processes.

●       Plan and prepare for your succession within the team.

●       Collaborate with senior management and provide strategic input when necessary.
