Halr Tech Group is a fast-growing recruitment tech firm revolutionizing outreach at scale. We're looking for an Email Marketing Developer who can architect, build, and scale high-performance email outreach systems to support our mission of connecting top talent with world-class tech companies.
🔧 What You’ll Do:

Design and develop dynamic email campaigns that convert — from cold outreach to nurture sequences.
Build modular HTML templates optimized for deliverability, mobile responsiveness, and personalization.
Integrate email workflows with CRMs (like HubSpot, Clay, or Apollo) and custom data pipelines.
Manage and scale email automation to handle 20,000+ emails/month efficiently.
A/B test subject lines, copy, and layout to optimize open and response rates.
Monitor deliverability metrics, blacklist risks, and ensure compliance (e.g., CAN-SPAM, GDPR).
Collaborate closely with recruitment leads and growth strategists to align email strategy with campaign goals.
💡 You Should Have:

Strong HTML/CSS for email development; understanding of AMP emails is a bonus.
Experience with email marketing platforms (e.g., SendGrid, Mailgun, Mailchimp, Customer.io).
Working knowledge of tools like Clay, Zapier, or custom webhook integrations.
An obsession with clean, modular code and pixel-perfect execution.
A data-driven mindset and understanding of outreach funnels.
Bonus: Experience with recruitment or high-volume outbound sales workflows.
