Product Manager ( Web3 )

We are looking for a self-driven and creative Product Manager to own the end-to-end lifecycle of product features, from research and ideation to execution and evaluation. In this role, you will identify user frictions, design effective solutions that consider both technical and operational implications, and collaborate with engineers to bring these solutions to life.
Responsibilities

Conduct user research to identify pain points and opportunities for product improvement.
Propose and prioritize features to enhance app functionality and user experience.
Design detailed product specifications and workflows for feature development.
Work closely with engineers to ensure smooth and timely feature implementation.
Monitor and analyze feature performance, iterating as needed to optimize outcomes.
Requirements

3+ years of experience in product management, preferably in fintech or blockchain.
Strong analytical skills with a data-driven approach to decision-making.
Experience working with cross-functional teams, including engineering and design.
Ability to translate complex user needs into clear product specifications.
Familiarity with agile development methodologies and product lifecycle management.
Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
Passion for blockchain technology and decentralized finance (DeFi) is a plus.
