In this role, you will be responsible for designing and implementing AI and machine learning models that drive player engagement, optimize game features, and maximize revenue. Your work will directly impact the development of our games by enhancing player experience, increasing retention, and optimizing monetization strategies.Key Responsibilities:

• 
  Churn Prediction:
• Develop and implement machine learning models to predict player churn using historical player behavior data.
• Analyze churn prediction results and collaborate with the product team to design targeted retention strategies.
• Continuously monitor and improve churn models to enhance prediction accuracy.
• Multi-Armed Bandit Algorithm:
• Design and implement Multi-Armed Bandit algorithms to optimize offers, bonuses, and game features in real-time.
• Test and evaluate different strategies to maximize player engagement and deposits.
• Integrate MAB solutions with the existing game platform for dynamic decision-making.
• Data Analysis and Player Segmentation:
• Perform advanced data analysis to understand player behavior, preferences, and spending patterns.
• Use clustering and segmentation techniques to identify key player segments and tailor game experiences accordingly.
• Work with the marketing team to develop personalized offers and promotions based on player segments.
• Predictive Analytics and A/B Testing:
• Implement predictive models to forecast player behavior and game performance.
• Design and conduct A/B tests using Bayesian optimization to optimize game features, UI/UX, and pricing strategies.
• Analyze test results and provide actionable insights to the product and design teams.
• Collaboration and Communication:
• Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams including product managers, developers, designers, and marketing professionals to align AI initiatives with business goals.
• Communicate complex data-driven insights and strategies to non-technical stakeholders.
• Contribute to the development of data-driven best practices within the organization.
  
  

Qualifications:

• 
  Educational Background:
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Machine Learning, Statistics, or a related field.
• PhD is a plus but not required.
• Technical Skills:
• Strong proficiency in programming languages such as Python, R, or similar.
• Experience with machine learning frameworks (e.g., TensorFlow, PyTorch, Scikit-learn).
• Solid understanding of algorithms like Multi-Armed Bandit, Reinforcement Learning, and Predictive Modeling.
• Expertise in data manipulation and analysis using SQL, Pandas, or similar tools.
• Experience with data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI, Matplotlib) to present insights.
• Experience:
• 3+ years of experience in data science, machine learning, or related roles, preferably in the gaming industry.
• Proven track record of implementing AI/ML solutions that drive business outcomes.
• Experience with A/B testing, player segmentation, and personalized recommendation systems.
• Soft Skills:
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think critically about complex data problems.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to translate data insights into actionable business strategies.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team in a fast-paced environment.
