Responsibilities




Design, develop, and maintain software applications using Python, leveraging frameworks like Django and Flask to deliver high-performance solutions 
Optimize code for performance and scalability, identifying areas for improvement and ensuring robust functionality 
Support team members across different areas of expertise 
Identify and resolve software issues and bugs, applying best practices in debugging to maintain a reliable, high-performing product. 
Maintain clear documentation for code, processes and system design, as well as participate in code reviews to ensure coding standards and quality 



Requirements




Degree in Computer Science or equivalent 
Minimum 4 years of working experience 
Proficient in Python development with a solid understanding of frameworks such as Django, Flask and evolving technologies 
Strong communication skills to interact with client managers and the development team 
Adapt to evolving technologies and frameworks to contribute to the development of web and software solutions 
Participate in code reviews and contribute to team knowledge sharing 
Troubleshoot, test and maintain the core product software to ensure strong optimization and functionality 
Experience working on GenAI implementation in an enterprise environment
