UI/Visual Designer

We're seeking a talented, self-motivated UI designer to join our team. As a member of our vibrant and fully remote team, you will have the opportunity to work on diverse projects with clients from various industries worldwide. The best part? You can work from anywhere! As long as you have a reliable internet connection, you can work from home, your favorite coffee shop, or even while traveling.


In this role, you will take ownership of projects from start to finish, reporting directly to your project manager. We're looking for someone who can create distinctive user interfaces from scratch and is familiar with tools like Adobe Suite, Figma, Sketch, and Canva. Your creativity and dedication will be essential in bringing our clients' visions to life.


This is a full-time position requiring a commitment of 45 hours per week, 9 hours per day, Monday through Friday.


Requirements:

3 years minimum of proven experience as a full-time or freelance UI/UX or Visual Designer 
A strong portfolio demonstrating excellent visual design skills in UI design.
Deep understanding of design principles including typography, color theory, layout, and visual hierarchy.
Experience in creating responsive designs for various devices and screen sizes.
Strong attention to detail and commitment to delivering high-quality designs.
Proficiency with UI Design tools like Figma, Sketch, and XD.
Ability to work diligently on multiple tasks at the same time and respect deadlines
Ability to manage the complete design project lifecycle, from ideation to delivery
Be a great team player
Strong willingness to learn and improve
Good communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively in a distributed team environment.
