Product Manager - Perpetual and Future contracts

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Product Manager to oversee the development and management of all product modules related to mainstream cryptocurrency perpetual and futures contracts. This role requires a deep understanding of product design, risk management, and liquidity management, with a focus on delivering innovative solutions to enhance our trading platform.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Perpetual/Futures Contract Product Design: Lead the design and development of all product modules for mainstream cryptocurrency perpetual and futures contracts, including account management, order matching, order placement, market data, liquidation, ADL (Auto-Deleveraging), settlement, funding fees, referral programs, and management dashboards.

2. Quantitative Tools Product Design: Develop quantitative tools for retail users, including grid trading, futures arbitrage, copy trading, and funding fee arbitrage.

3. Operational Tools Design: Design operational tools for multi-level agent systems, agent back-end systems, bonus systems, bonus screening, risk control, and recovery strategies.

4. Liquidity Management: Lead the internal quant team in market-making for contracts, establish liquidity metrics, design liquidity monitoring schemes, and develop hedging strategies such as A/B book hedging and net position hedging.

5. Perpetual Contract Risk Management: Identify and address risk points in perpetual contracts, including profit tracking, withdrawal audits, abnormal trading, asset reconciliation, contract bonus screening, hedging losses, and liquidation processes, and develop comprehensive solutions.

Qualifications:

1. Educational Background: Bachelor’s degree or higher in Finance, Economics, Computer Science, or a related field.

2. Experience: Proven experience in product management within the fintech or cryptocurrency industry, with a focus on perpetual and futures contracts.

3. Technical Skills: Strong understanding of financial markets, trading systems, and risk management. Proficiency in quantitative tools and trading algorithms.

4. Analytical Skills: Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to design effective risk management and liquidity strategies.

5. Communication Skills: Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills, capable of working effectively with cross-functional teams.

6. Innovative Mindset: A proactive and innovative approach to product development, with the ability to anticipate market trends and user needs.

7. Bilingual in English and Chinese will be highly advantageous
